01 · The problem
Startups and growing businesses kept arriving with half-formed ideas, no spec and no idea who should build what. Agencies quoted blind; projects drifted.
02 · What I built
Kordspace became my consultancy and then a platform: customers describe what they need, AI-assisted tooling turns it into a real project spec, the work is matched to the right builders, and delivery, milestones and payments are coordinated in one place. Underneath it is a decade of hands-on architecture, full-stack builds and product planning.
03 · Outcome
Started in 2013 under an earlier name and running as Kordspace since 2014 — 150+ projects across logistics, music, payments, education, property management, health and industrial clients, from SquareCoil and MyFBAPrep to Tuzo Rewards and Universal Music Group artist stores.
