01 · The problem
The Preptopia warehouse platform that runs Amazon FBA prep across multiple warehouses was outgrowing its Linode hosting, with fragile deploys and limited visibility.
02 · What I built
Planned and led the move to Google Cloud — GKE for workloads, Redis for caching and queues, MongoDB Atlas for data and CI/CD pipelines — while shipping product work on order detail, catalog and inventory tracking for the warehouse teams.
03 · Outcome
Production moved to GCP with a repeatable deploy pipeline, documented architecture diagrams, and better inventory and order tools for warehouse operations.
Highlights
