01 · The problem
UMG artist teams were managing Shopify merch stores with manual migrations, scattered financial data and one-off listing work.
02 · What I built
Built embedded React/TypeScript apps inside Shopify using Polaris, plus Node backend services for store migrations, financial data, product listings and email — and prototyped AI assistant interfaces for artist workflows.
03 · Outcome
Artist store teams got in-admin tools instead of spreadsheets, and an early look at AI-assisted merch operations.
